When the order form is submitted, our technical administrator will contact you within 24 hours for purchase confirmation. Once confirmed your account (but not domain name) will be setup for instant access with a 5-day pending status. You are to make the payments within 5 days or such order will be voided unless otherwise stated. Most of the time we will be sending you an email or SMS/Whatsapp message. Direct Bank Deposit (Preferred Method)

You can make through direct deposit to the nearest BIBD or Baiduri branch noting the date and time of payment. After such deposit is made you can SMS/Whatsapp or email us regarding the details of the transaction. Once confirmed your account will be lifted from its current pending status and be systematically activated. A payment receipt will then be mailed to your specific address.

Pickups

Our collecting officers will come to your office to collect the payment. Such payment method is only available within Brunei-Muara. A payment receipt will be handed after the transaction.
