Payment Methods

Once the order form is submitted, our technical administrator will then send you either an email or SMS for confirmation. When confirmed your account (but not domain name) will be setup for immediate access with a 5-day pending status. You are to make the payments within 5 days or such order will be voided unless otherwise stated. All payments are safe and secure as EdoHost is a locally registered company under the Business Names Act Section 16 (Company Reg. Credit Card (Preferred Method)

We recommend our clients to use this method as it would be the quickest way to get your account fully setup. We will send an invoice to your specific email where you can follow the process to pay via credit card through Paypal. Paypal is Verisign secured and also a subsidiary company of Ebay Inc. All payment transactions provided by Paypal is guaranteed to be safe. Please however ensure the website you enter the credit card details is the real Paypal website www.paypal.com, once confirmed your account will be lifted from its current pending status and be systematically activated. A payment receipt will then be mailed to your specific address.

Direct Bank Deposit (Next Preferred Method)

We recommend our clients to use this method if the credit card option is not available for you. You are required to deposit the subscription fees to the nearest HSBC branch noting the date and time of payment. After such deposit is made you can SMS or email us regarding the details of the transaction. Once confirmed your account will be lifted from its current pending status and be systematically activated. A payment receipt will then be mailed to your specific address.

EH Savings

This is another recommended fast payment method for returning customers. EdoHost has a referral program that pays you $5 for every purchases you referred to us. Not only you will receive commission for such order but your referrants can get one month free hosting by signing up through you. All program participants are paid by either cash or hosting redemption. If you want to exchange your commission for our hosting services, please send us an email or SMS giving the username you signed up in our referral program. You must have sufficient amount of cash (commission) in your referral account for such redemption. A payment receipt will then be mailed to your specific address.

Postal Order

You can pay through mail via postal order. Such note can be purchased in local post offices and to be sent to our nearest mailing address. Once the order is cleared your account will be lifted from its current pending status and be systematically activated. A payment receipt will then be mailed to your specific address.

Required length of time : 5 to 10 days

Bank Draft/Check or Interbank Funds Transfer

We do not recommend anyone to pay us via bank draft/check due to the higher fees charged. However if you find such method convenient and are willing to assume all service charges involved, you can send us the draft to our nearest mailing address. You are also welcome to execute a direct interbank transaction to our bank account. Once confirmed your account will be lifted from its current pending status and be systematically activated. A payment receipt will then be mailed to your specific address.

Pickups

Our collecting officers will come manually to you for the payment. Such payment method is only limited within Bandar Seri Begawan, Gadong, Berakas, Kumbang Pasang, Kota Batu, Mentitri, Serasa, Sengkurong, Kilanas and their respective nearby areas. An appropriate location and time will be agreed upon for such collection. For security reasons EdoHost will not entertain any appointment that fixed on an isolated interior location or at night. A payment receipt will be handed over after a successful transaction.
